Pizza Avanti in Mannheim

After a mistake that was not my fault, I was yelled at on the phone, interrupted all the time and finally got the phone slammed in my ear. But now from the beginning. My work colleagues at Daimler AG and I decided to order something to eat at AVANTI via Lieferando. My pizza was with ham and mushrooms as well as garlic, hot pepperoni and corn that I ordered. My colleague picked up the order at gate 4 and when I opened my pizza I found no pepperoni, no garlic, no ham or mushrooms on it. Rather, there was only corn and shrimp on this pizza ..... In addition, there was a small pizza and not a large one, as I ordered. My colleague called and explained that the wrong pizza was delivered. However, the man on the other end claimed that WE made a mistake and that it was not his problem. When my colleague informed me of this, I called myself now, since it was only about my food. The man answered politely at first, claiming that the pizza had been delivered which had been ordered and announced that he would send me 'his proof' via WhatsApp. I also did this from my side and then called him back. Now I noticed a rudeness and anger in his voice and when I started to show him my side based on 'my evidence' he tried to interrupt me all the time, yelled at me and finally slammed the phone down. He then blocked me on WhatsApp. So I didn't get around to telling him that I'm allergic to shrimp. For years now, I worked as a tour guide for TUI and as a flight attendant at Deutsche Lufthansa AG, so I know how difficult some guests or customers can be. But here I was the customer who had approached the gentleman from AVANTI by telephone with decency, manners and courtesy and was then treated really badly. Of course, this is not only making the rounds among my colleagues at Daimler AG. Other Daimler employees will also notice this and whether this should be good for business? All for € 8.50 ??? Well I guess business is going very well at the moment and therefore you don't really need every customer; certainly not a dissatisfied customer like me, let alone at least try to satisfy them. NEVER AGAIN !!!

The pizza where I ordered was totally burned and the wait forever on the phone ☎ you get told 30 minutes is the food because after 1 hour and 20 minutes it has come, definitely not recommend it When you call you are turned on stupidly, the status pizzeria does not work

Tuna pizza was the last it was the entire bottom with tuna. Ham zero Salami zero once and never again normally I would have to ask for a replacement but I do it generously. 1 star is unfortunately still too much.

In the past I have often bought pizza from Avanti, it was always very true, very peaceful everything was okay. Three days ago I was in the mood for pizza and went back again. I picked up my pizza and went home. Still, I'll go back

The delivery arrived quickly and hot. The french fries were still raw inside, even if they were hot. The mushroom sauce had real mushrooms and was good. The currywurst was an uncut red beef sausage with 2 tablespoons of ketchup over it and curry powder. The edge of the pizza is hard and dry, but it has taste and everything was ordered. You can eat it ... but I found it disappointing.

Have never eaten so badly. Have placed a bulk order for a family of 5. One could still cope with the fact that there might be a bad pizza ... But that all 5 really could be extremely bad was not to be expected. Unbelievably bad!!! My wife ordered a pizza with extra garlic sauce. Pizza Avanti knew how to spread whole cloves of garlic over the pizza. So outrageously bad. If I could, I would complain to the health department so that such "food" - if you can call it that - would not be consumed. NEVER AGAIN PIZZA AVANTI! YOU ARE JUST SIMPLY BAD !!!

Avanti didn't even earn 1 star. An unfriendly owner. I've ordered pizza there very often but this time the sour cream on the pizza was bad. The owner became totally aggressive after my complaint and roughly took the pizza from my hand and complained that everything was normal. When he said goodbye he threw the money on the table and said that I would never have to come back. A mistake can happen but then it doesn't work to be aggressive. In any case, I am no longer a loyal customer.

Eating is OK. Very long delivery times (3 hours) boss is completely conversation and discussion resistant. Never again

The pizza was okay, but unfortunately the pasta wasn't at all. In addition, it is anything but pleasant to sit in the shop. Beer bottles and schnapps everywhere ... I felt like I was in a pub. The second star is given because the owner was very friendly.

HAIR IN FOOD !!! there were several hairs in 2 pizza / boxes, fries were fried with old fat, a real SAU shop, where is the health department ??? NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Relatively cheap, good food, fast delivery. Very friendly staff! Always my pleasure :)

Never again we order there 1.Have we got a wrong pizza and the 2.The spaghetti pizza of the meat tastes so disgusting and old that is such an impudence then I called there to pass it on and it just hung up. Load trash honestly
